Reading of The Jumpstart Discoveries is still on hold.
Independent authors such as myself have to wear many hats – one of them is working on the print version of The Secret of Possum Hollow. In the past couple of weeks I have been shifting between writing, editing and keeping tags on the production end of the new book. As it stands today, everything looks good and the book will be launched on or about September 14th.
When I approve of the “Proof” copy, I will be setting up channels where people can pre-order copies in advance of the release date. I will also be using this particular channel as a way to promote the print copy of “Possum Hollow”.
Another hat that this author has to wear is wage earner. Unless this or one of my other projects takes off like a bat out of hell, I need to support myself in some other way while treating my writing efforts as a hobby. A full-time job became available at the beginning of this month. Naturally, I had to take it. The new job has slowed down the writing a bit. My apologies in advance. The narration of “The Jumpstart Discoveries” – from the beginning – will resume as I have time.
In the meantime, keep the faith. I’m looking forward to great things to come!
